Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!
Yeah, that seems right. They went with a 750 ml swingtop rather than a 650 ml bomber. The info originally provided by the LCBO was incorrect - I'll go back and edit the first post in the thread.
EDIT: Wow - more than half of the items on the original list had incorrect info, mainly prices. They should all be correct now.
It is genius for R&R to re-price the ST Choklat just under ten dollars, the price tage looks so much better than ten-something - may encourage more sales.
Also, just an incredible beer I never thought we'd see here, so thanks & good luck & hope it does really well for you guys. This is good value for a large bottle of something you can really share & sip with friends.
I'm hyped for the Garrison Imperial also, good effort Cass & others. I'm sure the brand will be popular and we'll see more Garrison in future.
Dark Star Espresso Stout, Garrison Imperial IPA, and St. Ambroise Pumpkin Ale have arrived at the Wellington & Bradley LCBO in London. I know what I'm drinking tonight!
Just bought a half case and I'll be returning for many more bottles after this initial haul. Thanks for all your work on getting this into Ontario, Cass!

Just a heads up to anyone in Toronto that the St Lawrence Market location is now out of the Garrison IIPA so don't bother heading there now to get this if you were planning to.
I picked up the last bottles after work today (guess I didn't leave work early enough to get more!). As I was waiting in line another customer came up to me and asked if the Garrison's I had were the last and when I said yes he just left the store, so 2 minutes later I wouldn't have got any.
Got my Garrison and Choklat at St. Lawrence (obviously before kwjd) but there was no Dark Star. No worries, I'll get it eventually and this Choklat should tide over

The Choklat also seemed to be selling well for a $10 beer. I bought one bottle and there were only 6 left on the shelf from the 20 on the online inventory. Hopefully someone will notice how fast these big beers are selling and get some imperial stouts/IPA's on the general list.
If the Garrison's IPA shows up in Hamilton I will totally make the drive to get it. As for the ST Chokolat...I'll head to Premier. Its both closer and easier to get to than Toronto.
[quote="Cass"]I've posted a feature on the IIPA on the home page, including the stores that will be receiving it (along with the other autumn seasonals):

If you consider many of those purchasers may have never heard of ST Choklat, that is impressively swift sales for a ten-dollar beer.
But will the LC notice, and what will they do, if they notice?
