Sounds great Greg!
I'm swilling back a pint of a tasty homebrewed amber ale after spending the last 14 hours making smoked beef jerky, then smoked chicken breasts for supper, and finally some smoked cheese (balderson 6 year old cheddar, and a big hunk of gouda). This amber ale rocks, lots of fresh cascades, and the english amber malt really adds an interesting dimension.

Currently sipping a Petrus Oud Bruin, best before 2007 and damn tasty.

Last night Steelback and I ran through:
Southern Tier Choklat - lives up to the name, one of my highest-rated beers
Muskoka Harvest Ale - their best beer IMO, APA hopping and bitterness with some ESB qualities (peach, apricot)
Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier - a benchmark weizen, I forgot how good this beer is (thanks Len!)
Headstrong Pale Ale - great hoppy EPA at an excellent price (thanks Len!)
Great Lakes Devil's Pale Ale - huge improvement over the previous version. Beautiful floral and citrus hop nose. This will now be a regular purchase for me.
Tonight I'll be having some Samuel Adams Octoberfest, Peche Mortel, and Cannery Blackberry Porter.
