Fisherman's Pumpkin Stout, from Cape Ann Brewing, MA, brewed under contract for them by Saratoga Brewing in Saratoga Springs, NY. I've had this before and it never fails to please, a dryish stout with good flavours of pumpkin squash and pumpkin pie spice. They don't overdo the spice, which is the key to its success. Next to it, my own pumpkin stout: Sleeman Porter blended with Great Lakes Pumpkin Ale, about 3:2. Also excellent, as dry, a shade more roasty, but very similar actually. A brace of pumpkin stouts. My favourite style of recent American craft brewing.

Taps Belgian IPA and a St. Ambroise Oatmeal Stout at the Winking Judge - with a bison burger and onion rings somewhere in the middle. Very impressed by the IPA!

Just had Flying Monkey's Netherworld on tap at the Wolly. That should tide me over until I can find it in bottles at the LCBO.

I might have to go back tomorrow for another pint.

Thanks, I enjoyed them! It's just too bad they're not available on a regular basis.

Had one of these last night. Not as complex as I was expecting for such a big beer, but I think I'll still try and pick up a couple more to put in the cellar.

Did they have any smash bomb on tap? If so then I might try to pop in sometime this weekend.

They do still have Smash Bomb on tap. Still no casks, they said something about them being stuck in customs when I inquried. Those casks being (I believe) Fuller's ESB and London Porter.
