After a planned 2 pints at Gambrinus, but an actual 6, I made an executive and intelligent decision at home to open a Russian Gun. Way to go brains! Hurley, this has half drank glass of beer in the morning, written all over it.

12.5% homebrewed imperial stout - brewed 9 months ago, really coming into its own now. A massively epic beer that should improve for years to come. Went really well with the Brugge Rodenbach and Chimay cheeses my mom brought back from Dallas for me!

Saranac Pale Ale. It's OK, but not in the league of the Southern Tier IPA I had before.

Can't wait for the hoppy goodness of the spring LCBO release and my trip to B.C. in the summer.

Two year old Alley Kat Pumpkin Pi.
Math jokes are not funny.
This beer is still pretty good. The aroma is beautiful. The flavour is meh. The body is filmy yet watery. I do really like how dry it is though.
Granted, for two years old this held up like a champ.
