Pliny the Elder - bottled last week and I'm shedding a tear of resinous joy![/quote]

Very jealous. Need to get my hands on more of this. Will likely slip down to Seattle on my 10 day B.C. trip this summer.

Beau's Beaver River for me at present. Quite nice.

Today at Gambrinus Bistro & Cafe:

Grand River Curmudgeon IPA (draught)

Tonight at home:

True North Strong Ale - a real sleeper, I could drink a lot of this
Big Rock Pale Ale - others seem to hate it but I think it's a nice quaff
Paddock Wood 606 IPA - fresh January bottling tasting much better

Brewdog Hardcore IPA.
I don't always piss in a bottle but when I do...I prefer to call it Dos Equis.

Samuel Smith Imperial Stout - the couple years on this really brought forth a chocolatey note that went well with its port/vinous character.

Ola Dubh 30 - not much of a difference between the 18 and the 30, to my taste. Still a great beer and I'll likely keep my other bottle for a while to see how it changes.

Sinha Stout blended with Fuller's London Porter, 3:2. Result is a tangy 7% stout in the 19th century style with plenty of licorice and roast characteristics.
