Brewing More 10 Bitter Years

If anybody is interested in local craft beer:
We're brewing up another batch of 10 Bitter Years (10BY)
The latest brew will be going into the tank today.

IT WILL NOT BE READY FOR AT LEAST 8 WEEKS!!!!

SO DON'T KEEP ON ASKING UNTIL I POST THAT IS PACKAGED AND READY FOR SALE!!!!!! if you do then I will make you wait at the back of the line!!!

We decided to bow to peer pressure and lighten the 10BY up in both alcohol and hops, many of you suggested that it was too hoppy, too malty and was too strong for some of the more delicate palates to enjoy.
I look forward to reading the ratings on our 10 Bitter Lite Years

Great news!

I am not sure how much I like the idea of lowering the hops and ABV, but as long as it still tastes great, I am not going to complain. I will see you in 8 weeks or so to pick up a case!

Let's hope the 10BY "Lite" is a joke but that more 10BY is actually on the way! Never got enough of this before it was gone.

Or in metric - a distance of ten light years = 94,605,284,000,000 kilometers. That's almost the distance it takes to loop back when you accidentally get on the toll highway 407.
