This is an open invitation to all Ottawa-based homebrewers.
This summer, I am getting all fridays off from work, and intend to get back into brewing on a regular basis. If any of you experienced brewers would like to hookup and get a collaboration beer done together, mi casa es su casa.
Would be fun to get your input on my techniques, and vice-versa.
I brew 60 litre batches, so if we are 3 per batch, we still get a 18-20 litre fermentor/carboy to take home at the end of the day.
Let me know what you think. I should start doing this in July. We can use this thread to discuss everything related.
To make things clear though, the purpose is not to start a brew club, but to do one-off collaboration ales (cant do lagers sadly since my glycol compressor is ofline).
Let me know!
