Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. A few months ago there was a podcast feature on his setup on the Brewing Network show - The Session, it was a good show, he has been getting a lot of press considering his whole setup is packed away as he waits to move into his new house, unless he already has moved (his website is probably the most comprehensive I have ever seen, and a beautiful looking brew system too!)
