I know the majority of people here are from Ontario but I figure the Toronto people could get Quebec brews from Ottawa and Ottawa can get brewery one-offs or possibly US stuff from GTA and if there is enough outside of Ontario, maybe nobody gets paired in the same province.
We can do it small, say 5 litres or so of beer. It's the summer, Canada Post is back running.
For those of you that don't know what a BIF is. Basically you submit your name and potentially what you are looking for and what you have access to. You will receive a name from the organizer (I guess me). You box up your locals and send it to the name you are given and you will receive a box from someone else hopefully with some great brews in it.
PM me if you are interested. I don't think it's worth it unless we get like 10 people and preferably not all in the same area.
