I did a brew with the same recipe but Chimay yeast instead of Westmalle so you may want to try that one out for comparison.
Thanks so much for all the effort you guys at Great Lakes put in to this, Jon for kick starting this project and Cass for starting Bartowel 10 years ago. Look forward to grabbing my bottles on Sunday!

I picked up mine this morning. Apparently I was the first. Going to crack one open tomorrow. Thanks again Lackey and Great Lakes for a great day and Jon for having such a great idea.

Also good luck to Great Lakes tonight at the awards

When do you think you will be selling the rest ( to brewday non-participants)?

We will give the folks that were at the event a week to either come down to the brewery and grab the beer or at least let me know here when you can make it and I'll put some aside.
I'll see how the week goes and let you guys know when we will open sales up.

I don't always piss in a bottle but when I do...I prefer to call it Dos Equis.

FYI please keep this beer refrigerated and despite the lovely wax dip will not age particilarily well and should be drank fresh
