Wasn't sure whether to post this in Random Talk or here in Homebrewing but since this is primarily about Homebrewing I'll post here...
I figured that since I brew fairly often and end up talking about brewing fairly often I would try writing about it fairly often as well.
I started a brewing blog today called "It's what's on tap..." Mostly about brewing, both commercial and home brewing, but with a few side trips for food and photography.

Congrats Peter. I am a big supporter of the homebrewing movement and Peter is doing some excellent stuff. A couple of days ago Peter brought in a Mild brewed with "Preston" water and some wild hops from what was the largest hop growing area in North America in 1850. Brilliant. This guy also plays a mean trombone according to all reports.
