New brewing blog

Post by Peter Collins »

Wasn't sure whether to post this in Random Talk or here in Homebrewing but since this is primarily about Homebrewing I'll post here...

I figured that since I brew fairly often and end up talking about brewing fairly often I would try writing about it fairly often as well.

I started a brewing blog today called "It's what's on tap..." Mostly about brewing, both commercial and home brewing, but with a few side trips for food and photography.

Here is the link. Thanks for checking in!

Thanks Peter, good luck!

Care to share that sauerkraut recipe?

I used this one:

Worked like a charm and has a nice mix of sour and spicy.

Thanks for reading.

Congrats Peter. I am a big supporter of the homebrewing movement and Peter is doing some excellent stuff. A couple of days ago Peter brought in a Mild brewed with "Preston" water and some wild hops from what was the largest hop growing area in North America in 1850. Brilliant. This guy also plays a mean trombone according to all reports.

I'm all choked up over here. Kind words, indeed. :D
