We have our first bottle release coming up this weekend.
Rat Queen Imperial Stout
11.8% Abv, $12 per 750ml bottle. Limit 6 per person.

We will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday but not Monday

Hey I'm curious.
If I open a growler on a Friday, and give some to a friend who doesn't try it until Tuesday, will the hops taste "dated"? If so, my "friend" would be a fucking asshole to rate that, right? Then again, I guess most people already know he is one...

Haha...so many dicks around. I rarely buy growlers myself, because I never want to drink that much, and it may not be so easy to share quickly. What is the general rule for how quick to drink a growler once opened? Within 48 hours?

I would say 24. Depends how much oxidation and loss of carbonation you are OK with I guess.
