In response to the wine aging better, I disagree, only a small percentage of the world's wine production is actually meant for cellaring, I think the percentage is less than 3%. Believe me wine is also a passion for me, but there are many cellars out there with bad wine. I have more beer in my cellar than wine and its not because of my business being beer based. I agree with Espirit, beer lovers make up such a small percentage of the buying public. We all try to educate the consumer and Peter and Paul do their best, but filling their whole consignment space with beer makes no economic sense. There is little profit with beer, even in the restaurant industry. The cost of goods sold is higher than spirits. It is getting better, little by little.
