Jacobins, Tank 7 and Sorachi Ace? Sounds pretty great given it's summer release.

I'll stock up on Jacobins now knowing that it doesn't lose sour after 9 months in my fridge.

Hoping it's the Boulevard Tank 7. If it's the other one than I will withdraw my excitement for this release.

"Ninkasi" - isn't that a brewery not a beer? (Meant to be a criticism of the LCBO press release, not anyone here). Does anyone know which Ninkasi?

The brewer is wild beer co., and the ninkasi is the beer name

Thanks. So not this brewery then?

EDIT: see now that it is an English beer, whereas the Ninkasi I had tried previously is from Oregon.

Sounds interesting:
Bubbles + Apples + Wild Yeast. Named after the ancient Greek goddess of beer, this is an equally divine Belgian-style saison with a copious amount of New Zealand hops, freshly harvested Somerset apple juice and wild yeast added to the mix. However, we like to take things just that bit further (it’s the Wild way!) — once bottled the beer undergoes a secondary fermentation with champagne yeast, giving it a brisk spritziness on the tongue. Serve chilled in a champagne flute to allow the bouquet of playfully aromatic notes to be fully appreciated. Take a sip to enjoy a further cascade of striking and sensuous flavours alongside the carefree champagne-like spritziness. The long, dry finish is both refreshing and complex.

Had a few things from Wild Beer - always decent and above average. Looking forward to this.

Bottles of this were available in Buffalo. While I don't dig apple anything in beer because it reminds me of off flavour acetaldehyde, it's a decent beer. There's a touch of young fruity Brett character, rather than any distinctive funk, but it goes well with the apple. I thought the champaign yeast added a distinctive flavour as well, but not being a champaign drinker, I can't say for sure.
