Hey all.

I have found a place in Etobicoke that will sell you hops, grains, and Malt. It is a brew on premise called "The Brew Factory" 775 The Queensway (& Royal York) 416-255-1001. The owners name is Dave and he is a really nice guy.

Pretty decent selection. The guy usually has some decent liquid yeast as well.

He's pretty close to downtownl

Hi guys, I run a web site out of Whitby www.homebrewersretail.com

Shipping to T.O. should be neglible. And I offer a 10 % discout to forum members. If you don't see it, drop me a line at info@homebrewersretail.com, I can likely get it. Also I'm working with White Labs to add liquid yeast and want to get some while the $ is so strong!

I recently did a mail-order from Saskatoon (they happened to have a bunch of stuff I was looking for):

Paddock Wood has, unfortunately, shut the mail-order thing down. It was a great place to get specialty grains.

In searching for a replacement, I found a place just this side of Montreal:

I just got my first order from them, and the shipping was probably about a fifth of what it would cost me to drive into Toronto. Although their selection of ingredients is not as good as Paddock Wood's once was, they were very friendly and helpful. (And spoke perfect English).
