When were those available?
Storm King was last available the winter of 2003-2004, I think.

Correct.
That is the year Dougshoemaker introduced me to craft beer.I lived about 10 minutes from the Winking Judge. VSK was about $2.00 a bottle IIRC. I drank a lot of it.
At that time, Wellington Dark and RIS came in large bottles (610-710 ml).
Amsterdam Framboise came in large ceramic swingtop bottles.
We had Rogue Wild Irish and Shakespeare Stout.
Barbar winter bock graced the shelves.

Ahh the good ol' days.

A lot of good suggestions. I'll add:

Boon Oude Geuze
Dupont Moinette Blonde (750ml this time, please)
Ommegang Abbey Ale and Hennepin
Ayinger Celebrator
Hair of the Dog Fred

Ayinger Celebrator

Had this while driving through Frankenmuth on my way home for Christmas. I'd love to be able to get it here.

I was wondering the same thing. Found some evidence of Hennepin being in the Fall 2001 release, but nothing comes up for the others.

Either way this thread has me kicking myself for not getting into craft beer sooner.

I'd also like to add the Orval gift set. My glass broke :(

It was Batch #8, brewed in mid '98 according to the HotD website, so sometime after that.

Er, Wheatsheaf? We never had HOTD at the LCBO.

There was a HOTD private order. I still have a few bottles of Adam left. Big capping debacle that was.

That would be near the top of my list - and IIRC, it was very well priced.
