I agree, it is not an explosive yeast by any means, but I still find it finishes in a reasonable time frame. Do you control the temp, or just ferment at an ambient 60F? Do you oxygenate?

No temp control, the basement stays pretty consistent at around 60F. I use a diffusion stone with oxygen for at least 60 seconds. I have always gotten over 80% attenuation with it though.

Sounds like it is working well for you then. I do 60 seconds for normal gravity, 90 seconds for bigger styles (say 1.065-1.085) and 120 seconds for anything bigger.
