My heart just broke. Milos, Adil & the Gambrinus gang work with such passion and are true ambassadors to the craft beer culture. I wish them all well and know they will resurrect sometime and somewhere soon.

Damn. Sad news, Milos & crew. I never had a chance to visit - and probably won't have a chance before it closes - but I was looking forward to doing so at some point, and perhaps even hosting a CBN Dinner there. Here's hoping you're able to get a new location soon!

Sad news indeed. I've only been their twice, but I really enjoyed my visits and got to cross off some bucket list beers. I still have friends in London from when I lived there (during the Chaucer's years) who are super bummed about this. Best of luck to Milos and every one at Gambrinus.

I would have bet money that this was an April Fools joke, but it appears that it isn't. I am sorry to hear that. I never made it out there for a pint but I wish I had. Hopefully we will see you re-open in a new location soon enough.

This is terrible news. I wish nothing but horrible things for this asian fusion restaurant.

I wish it were a joke. Thank you for your patronage everybody. We will rise again.

Sorry to hear. I know the patrons up there speak very fondly of you all. Here's to the next chapter!

That sucks donkeys. I've only been there twice, but had a great experience both times. The first time I was there I chatted with Adil for a good long while. Great guy. Great spot. What a loss. Fingers crossed they can rebuild elsewhere.

Very sad news. I'm definitely going to miss this place. (My musician-type friends and I would often stop in for a post-rehearsal pint or two.)
I shall wholeheartedly welcome the new operation with a permanent boycott.

This is terrible. Just terrible. Gambrinus was the icon of craft beer in southwestern Ontario.
I'd almost go as far as to say the best in Ontario (with the rising prices and influx of hipster's in Toronto)
I hope the crew can find another place in London and continue the amazing job they've been doing.
