Interesting guesses on what brands will remain from Stephen and Jordan.Cass wrote: ↑Thu Mar 27, 2025 7:54 am Article on Mill St's Bermondsey brewery closure by Josh:

I haven't had a lot of Mill St beer in recent years, but it's still sad in many ways, especially for the local workers.Cass wrote: ↑Thu Mar 27, 2025 7:54 am Article on Mill St's Bermondsey brewery closure by Josh:

Mill St is Labatt's participation in the craft beer market just like Creemore is for Molson's. If they reduce the portfolio to Organic Lager only, they are effectively leaving the market, which doesn't make sense to me. But then again, I don't think like a macro beer company executive.groulxsome wrote: ↑Thu Mar 27, 2025 10:47 amInteresting guesses on what brands will remain from Stephen and Jordan.Cass wrote: ↑Thu Mar 27, 2025 7:54 am Article on Mill St's Bermondsey brewery closure by Josh:

Stephen thinks it'll just be Organic Lager left, while Jordan thinks Organic, Blue Wave, Tankhouse, and 100th Meridian Amber Lager.
I don't think Cobblestone Stout (one of the only other remaining Mill Street LCBO brands) or Haze Phase (the IPA you can buy at the Budweiser Stage for $14/can) are going anywhere though. They hit some niches for Labatt that I don't see elsewhere in the portfolio.
Yeah, kind of a dire prediction from Steve about just lager.groulxsome wrote: ↑Thu Mar 27, 2025 10:47 amInteresting guesses on what brands will remain from Stephen and Jordan.Cass wrote: ↑Thu Mar 27, 2025 7:54 am Article on Mill St's Bermondsey brewery closure by Josh:
