...and there still not available in the Niagara region.
Which is exactly why when I visit friends in Stouffeville tomorrow, I'm going to make a stop somewhere and pick up a few bottles.

as of yesterday, the lcbo at woodbine+hwy 7 still had 18ish of both the kriek+gueuze. there was 23 or 24 of each in the system, and i grabbed 6 gueuze and 4 kriek. pretty close to the 404+407, so it should be fairly easy to pop in and out. that's the best one in the markham area (haven't really looked for one in stoufville itself).

Thanks Grub. I'm only interested in the Geuze and the Dorval location in Oakville claims to have plenty.

tried the geuze for the first time over the weekend.

I didn't know what to expect, but it sure wasn't the funk. It's pretty gross smelling.

I have a few in the cellar but I'm not sure if I wanna keep them now.

I can't get over how bad it smelled.

Stale manure, hay, green apple, and tire rubber. Smells lovely.

Just in the Dorval LCBO in Oakville. There was about 9 of the Geuze on the shelf. Now there is 5.

Lots of Gueuze at Crossroads if people are looking for it still, and I believe I also saw a bunch at Royal Bank Plaza.

I thought the Kriek was quite a bit better than the Gueuze. I know the Gueuze is "supposed" to smell like that and while I found the overall taste interesting at first, ultimately it was pretty disappointing. I'd take Panil over that anyday.

Maybe there are a lot better examples out there.
