I would toss any ingredients that came with it. The hops are old now, and the yeast is probably not very viable any more.
Done. I just started a batch with a fresh box of Muslix, and dumped in some yogurt as a starter... going for a cross between a Schwartzbier and a Leipziger Gose!
But seriously I will look for a replacement grain/hop/yeast kit.

Toronto Brewing sells a
wide variety of pre-made kits with fresh yeast (typicaly dry yeast, but you can get liquid if you want), hops and the appropriate malts, already milled. I'd look into those if I were you.[/i]
