The standard reply is look at the prices at Premier. Frankly, I don't think the LCBO is interested in getting involved in something that low-volume. That is why the market needs to be opened up. However, I think you are correct. A good beer store would flourish in Toronto (even Rochester has a great beer store). Toronto could certainly support a small section of vintages devoted to better beers. BTW, I was in Premier for the first time over the weekend and if you haven't been it will only make you hate the LCBO more.
