The standard reply is look at the prices at Premier. Frankly, I don't think the LCBO is interested in getting involved in something that low-volume. That is why the market needs to be opened up. However, I think you are correct. A good beer store would flourish in Toronto (even Rochester has a great beer store). And, I would patronize it, even if the prices were higher.

and I will go out of my way to stop at Beers of the World in Rochester, whose selection is even wider
