Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

Actually, when I first posted I was thinking of a separate bartowellers event. But now that Jeremy reminds me of what's approaching at beerbistro, it seems rather silly to schedule one tasting a scant week or two before our Summer Beer Festival on June 25. (Only a month away, lads.) We'll be running wqith the standard format and the beers mentioned above, plus other new ones like Cuvee des Trolls and hopefully one or two others, will be available for tasting.

So does officially mean "for sure"? If you read back in the posts I thought it was cancelled long ago but word came in that venders were still going. Have the vendors been told it has been cancelled?
Sorry if this seems like a silly quesiton but I am new to the message board and am not sure who people are yet.
Cheers!

I'll keep them crossed that the St. Lawrence event finds a new home for this summer. Like everyone else, and like every summer since i got to TO, I was really looking forward to it. Any word on the vendors for the Distillery event? Seems the event website still doesn't want to work for me.
cheers

There still isn't any information about it on the Distillery District's website, but the latest issue of NOW has, on page 89, an ad for The Distillery Rib Festival ("Real Beer - Real BBQ") scheduled for June 25 and 26. Looks like it's being run in association with the Ontario Craft Brewers.
The Good Beer Marketing website confirms that they're looking to reschedule the cancelled St. Lawrence festival for later this summer at a new venue.
Any further details on the beerbistro festival? Time, cost, etc?
