Never saw any camel there a couple weeks back either, but didn't ask.
They did have some variety of Kangaroo available though. It's frozen in the back, so the only way you'd know is if you asked or saw their small counter-top display advertising it.
I think I'm mostly curious to try Musk Ox now. By all reports I've seen / heard it is great.
