I'm pretty sure Saison Dupont appeared in a capped 750ml, perhaps earlier than 2000. I was not as much into beer at the time so I drain poured my bottle.
+ Ayinger Celebrator
+ Liefman's Goudenband
Agree very much about Westmalle Dubbel and Weltenburger Kloster Asam-Bock.

Er, Wheatsheaf? We never had HOTD at the LCBO.
Umm, yes we did, noob.
Scroll to the bottom of

PWN3D!! Lol!11!
EPIC FAIL!
Heheh, wish I was into beer back then..... still waiting for a decent bottled barleywine to hit the LCBO shelves. Was kind of hoping for at least Brooklyn Monster this winter.

I can't believe no one mentioned Chapeau Banana.
More serious, I'd say Schneider Edel-Weiss, Christoffel Nobel and Duyck Jenlain Bière de Printemps. I was out of Ontario by the time the first two hit. I traded for them and I'd do so again. The last one didn't get much love when it was here, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Can't remember any other Biere de Garde's ever hitting the LCBO, but I could be wrong.

basically all the Belgium/trappist stuff that is readily available at all times in any major American City. Alas we're reduced to seasonal releases, but we do pay less.
Chimay Blue
Rochefort
Affligem Dubbel, Tripel
Orval
St Bernardus (yes it just came out but I'm already dreading its disappearance)
Westmalle
