Hello,
We will be contacting those customers today that unfortunately will not be getting their BrewDog order due to the fact that some Hardcore IPA did not arrive either. This created a paperwork dilemma.
The LCBO will contact customers to process refunds of deposits. If we can be of further assistance in getting things straightened out, please let us know.
We will be opening another order for BrewDog shortly after we receive information about what is available.

Thanks for the update, just too bad that my first private order was a bust
. I'm not even sure if the LCBO charged me a deposit but I'll check my statements!
On the bright side I now have an extra ~$100 to spend on other beer

Not bragging in light of this recent development but my order came in finally. I had a case of 5am Saint and Hardcore.
Thanks for taking care of this...I will def order with you again.

Surprisingly my order seems to have finally materialized as well. I just received a note that they found my case and it's being transferred to Hamilton for me!
