I had meant to mention the food. If the stews were anywhere near as good as the chicken curry, we were all eating very well indeed. Compliments to the chef.

It was a terrific day! Everyone involved deserves a big Thank You. Good food, beer and company. Who could ask for more? First time I've been to an event where all the featured beers sold out. As previously mentioned, it was great to see so many younger appreciators of fine beer. All in all a huge success. Well Done.

I had a great day, arrived at 1150, got in no prob, took a seat at the bar, rated 9 beers but sampled all the casks (some I had rated before), I bent Nicks ear every now and then whilst laughing at my friends out the door window who were waiting in the snow. The stew was great and I was delighted that my remaining tickets were able to be exchanged for stuff that was on regular tap.. (hop addict...mmmmmm) I was poured into a taxi and had the earliest Saturday bed time in years.
A great day. I have pics and will post by and by.
