VB, at Hemingway's recently. Nice commercial beer, rounded, slightly fruity.

At APK Live, London's newest live venue and gastro-pub, I had the following on tap:

Flying Monkeys Netherworld
Pabst Blue Ribbon
Flying Monkeys Hoptical Illusion
Paulaner Hefe-Weissbier

And a couple bottled beers:

St. Ambroise Apricot Wheat Ale
Samples of Duvel

At home I'm having some Trafalgar Hop Nouveau. Overall it was another great night! :D

I had a Muskoka Lager at the campus pub after class today. I've been ordering the Cream Ale on a regular basis since starting, since options are limited at a student bar. I think I'll go back to the Cream Ale, because the lager is pretty mediocre. Just my opinion.

Ahh, you can find that stuff anywhere! ;) Seriously through, is there a story to how you got the bottle? I understand that stuff holds on for a very, VERY long time... something I would buy if I ever saw it. (Of course it's not made anymore.)

APK live?!?!!? woopieee for londoners. I'm enjoying a Duchy Organic Ruby Pale Ale-or some such thing...it is wonderfully crafted, sweet middle but more than enough bitterness on the finish. A noble beer, thank you Charlie!

You lucky bastards. Until seeing these pics, I don't think I have ever in my life thought, "gee, I wish I was in Toronto right now."
