I would buy whichever is fresher (they all have dates stamped on them). A lot of the styles offered are fairly generic, but they both make some really good ones.

Thanks for the tip. So now....I just need to get a fermenting bucket, carboys, and a capper. Time to cruise craigslist and kijiji
