I like Beau's and all, but c'mon, an Oktoberfest mix pack seems like a good excuse to brew one of their best beers ever again...Dark Helmut!

I'm happy to see Smokin' Banana Peels and Two Weeks Notice in that pack. Haven't tried those before. My bottle of Dark Helmut was infected. Would appreciate another chance to try it.

Smokin' Banana Peels sounds like a Frank Zappa reference ("Blue Light" on Tinseltown Rebellion.)

That goofy dead old bastard. RIP.

Any more info on these two, Peen? Format, ABV, etc? Or more importantly when we might see them on shelves? I'd imagine soonish, right?

Judging by the names, they sound like the mid-strength hoppy ESBs you see every fall in the U.S. (i.e. Southern Tier Harvest, Goose Island Harvest, Portsmouth Hop Harvest, etc). Assuming that's the case, it's encouraging to see Ontario crafters catching onto this trend and providing some style contrast to the stouts and pumpkin ales in the other releases.

speaking of mid strength hoppy ESBs, if you like this style of beer you have to try the canned version of Junction Conductors Craft Ale

Yeah, I agree. The Conductors is really good now. Don't know if it has been tweaked a few times, but they really seem to have it right now. And the can graphics are very good too.

That's what I'm hoping for Cratez. Awesome!

Matt, yeah, the Conductors has been a staple in my fridge since the cans release. I really, really dig it. Lovely balance.

Can you buy single bottles or is it sold by the three pack?

Last time I had it on tap it tasted like a muddled grassy-biscuity pale. I'll give it another go based on everyone's endorsements.

I've really enjoyed RPA and Obsidian so I am really looking forward to trying this.
