The Bar Towel

So it took me over a year to stop in here....and I live in Guelph. That’s how un-enthused I was about the place. And after giving it 3 tries now. I’ve had 3 different beers, all very average-below average. I’ve their saison, a stout and an ipa. I don’t remember exact pricIng(except the ipa I had on Saturday which was 8.50!) but I do recal thinking none of them are even close to being worth the price. The space is nice in some ways....kinda shitty in others. I’ve only been on a Saturday afternoon and it’s actually been pretty busy each time with all sorts of people. I’m not sure how well the do, on the whole.
I’m wondering if/when this city is ever going to get a really great brewery that I can regularly throw my money at.

I've been in a handful of times (since it's right across the road from the office), and yeah... nothing has been great. I would say that they have been slowly and steadily improving though, the first few things I had soon after they opened were just bad.
