This is interesting to me. Is there any precedent for a contract brewer up and buying an existing bricks and mortar brewery?

Minhas bought out their supplier I think?

We will finally get an answer on those infections. Is it the brewery set up or the brewer? As Black Creek didn't seem to have the problem I suspect that All or Nothing will live to survive the murky past of that building.
