Alex and Geddy's extra instrument necks were added in photoshop.
The copy/paste artifacts they just left in there are hilarious, plus the impossibly low added necks on Geddy's axe (which are also a little crooked).

That's how Lagunitas describes it 
The beer was a mistake, they meant to brew Brown Shugga but ran out of ingredients. I'm surprised and delighted to find that description on an LCBO website!
Sucks is way better than Brown Shugga IMO...

Off topic, but I wanted to see who this guitarist is, turns out he's awesome. Here's a couple of good youtube vids, in the first he plays both sides of a double guitar at once, the second is his tribute to Randy Rhoads' Crazy Traincfrancis wrote:
