as seen on momandhops.ca, a new magazine for the canadian brewing industry launched it's first issue this week. even for those not in the industry there is some interesting reading, an article about hops procurement featuring a roundtable of bearded plaid and jeans-clad brewmasters, and canning procedures. here's the link to the digital version:

Thanks for this. Just had a glance at the canning story; looked very interesting, will have to read it in more detail when I have a chance.
