Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Long time Queen West/Trinity Bellwoods bar Squirly's is closing on Nov. 16. Guess that leaves only the Done Right Inn in the neighbourhood..

Wow. So sad. That was a second home to me for a long time.
Brands are for cattle.

I always enjoyed stopping in there, but I must admit I had not been in a while. Always sad to see these kind of places close up.
