This year's edition of Chocolate Porter is now availible in bottles at the brewery in Campbellford.

In Toronto, Local Four has it in bottles.

In Ottawa, Black Tomato, and Manx has it in draught, while Vineyards has it in bottles.

Had it on tap last weekend at the Manx and it was delicious - seems a little more balanced this year (after a big increase in chocolate last year) - I'm looking forward to a few more this winter. Well done guys.

What and where is Local Four?

Local 4 is a relatively new bar just a couple of doors down from Caffé Volo on Dundonald. It is a nice, micro-friendly place that is run by ex-Bow and Arrow and Blue Meaney alumni. Definitely worth a look, even if they don't have any of my beers on tap. :(

Will pick some up again this year on my way to Ottawa 8) Is there any detectable difference in this year's brew?
