Tsarina Katarina Imperial Stout - Now with order form!

The response to my post about an Imperial Stout was encouraging so we're going ahead with it.
A cheque to Scotch Irish Brewing for $75.00 will reserve you one of the 165 numbered cases of this vintage dated stout. Once your cheque is received, you will get a receipt and a letter confirming your order. This letter will let you know which of the numbered cases you will receive.
The beer should be ready in July, at which time I will consolidate the orders and arrange the details of delivery.
I will be posting an order form shortly to make it easier.
Now I'm busy arranging labels ( the short run costs me as much as 200,000 labels I ordered for the Sgt. Major's. OUCH!) and specialty malts for the production. OOOH BABY, I can hardly wait!

Sounds great, wouldn't mind splitting a case also...
But, and not that I doubt your skill, I've never seen this on ratebeer or anywhere else. Anyone tried it, or is it a new offering?

I'd be interested. 2 questions sir,
1) What is the general flavor description/idea of the beer? (We might guess Russian Imperial Stout but any particular emphasis or feature?)
2) Is the case a two-four of standard size bottles? (Crazy to ask I know.)

Anyone get confirmation on the address yet? I called and left a message but haven't heard back. Maybe I should take a drive over this weekend and knock on the door to see who answers

I got the following e-mail from Perry a couple of days ago:
I will be posting an order form on the bartowel and on our website in the
very near future. This satisfies the legalities of the LCBO in such
matters.
