The Bar Towel

Had a pint of this last night at C'est What?, it was very nice.

It's very dark, rich, complex, the smokey/roasty flavors really come through, and it leans more towards the bitter than the sweet, especially in the finish. Well done!

Sounds like they've played with the recipe, as the first batch was quite light and watery for the style. It seemed more like a dunkel than a porter. I'll have to give it another try.
