La Palette in Kensington Market

La Palette, a french restaurant at 256 Augusta ave is a great place for beer. The owner (Shamez) is always ordering great stuff from belgium (and everywhere else) and really knows his stuff.

...although not so much recently. It is an excellent beer and food stop in a very unique part of Toronto some people don't ever venture to.

I ventured into Kensington yesterday afternoon with my wife and we had a lovely time. Bought some great empanadas, spices and mangoes after some very good dim sum on Spadina. The area is bopping on Sunday.
