Hello

Version 3 of our cask night is approaching and it should be another great night.

Check out our facebook profile for more info and to be added to the list. The event is being capped at 50 people and should book up early.

I'm afraid that I do not see any information regarding the "cask night" on the facebook page, or on the Cameron's website. More information please! Location? Time? Cost? Beers?

Cheers!

It's burried on the wall now. But you're right we didn't finish putting all the details up.

It's at the brewery in Oakville on Thursday Jan. 31st. Tours from 5-5:45 and the tapping of the cask is at 6. The night usually wraps up around 8pm. It's a private event so you need to e-mail mike@cameronsbrewing.com to be put on the guest list. Some tasty eats will be available. There is no cost for the event, if you pick up a 9-pack on the way out it's always appreciated but not required.

There's also some video clips from the last night on the facebook page.

Cheers
Jason

Ah ok. I was hoping it was at a pub in Toronto, where I live making it easy to get to and not worry about having a couple "samples" :) . Oakville unfortunately takes me out of the running. Thanks for the info, and maybe it will help others in the area as it sounds like a fun event.

There's always the GO train.

For anyone considering taking the GO (as I am, since its 'winter' and my motorbike is still all snug as a bug), its pretty damn close to the Oakville stop.

3 Km door-to-door...

Question for those who take the GO regularly: Are there generally cabs waiting to do pick-ups at stations in the 'burbs?

Greg,

there's usually at least 3 or 4 waiting. That's where they make most of thier fares in Oakville.

Not much longer at all. Expect a change of scenery real soon.

Do tell...

And is this reason to get excited about a possible increase in production of Denison's Weissbier? Because we all know what that could lead to... :D

There doesn't seem to be a shortage of the Weisse, but I'd certainly like to see more of the Dunkel (and dream of a seasonal bock!).

I don't know what the story is... but best of luck to Black Oak!
