Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

Yeah, we should start planning the next one.On 2002-11-02 18:40, DukeOfYork wrote:
When is the next one of these going to be? Do we get to vote on where it'll be?
It's rumoured that Mill Street is opening soon - anyone know if it's just the brewery itself that's opening, or will the restaurant/pub be opening at the same time? If it's the latter, I'd put in a vote for holding the next pub night there.
Otherwise, I can think of the following options:
Bier Markt
Denison's
Granite
Amsterdam
C'est What
Any other ideas?

Cass is right, it might be too busy to have an official Bar Towel pub night before the end of the year. Although I'm sure that enough of us will be at the Royal York event (and perhaps the Unibroue event at the Bier Markt the following week?) to have "unofficial" gatherings.
And all Bar Towel folks (and anyone else, really) are welcome to attend the Stained Productions Christmas Party that Sheryl & I are hosting on Sunday, December 8th. It's happening at Oasis (294 College St.), which has a few good beers on tap, and will feature free finger food, prize giveaways and some live electronic music. Check http://www.stainedproductions.com/events/christmas for full info.
