Both pretty amazing. I like the crisp dryness of the GS, and if course the BD has more roundness and fruit, especially since the bottle is young.
If Dupont says BBD in 2020, that is the time when the beer is just getting interesting. Bottle conditioning preserves it well. The HANABI is clearly not for the cellar.
