Well, it's just about to open - the renos are 99% complete with just furniture that needs to be moved in. The paper has been taken down from the windows, the piano(!) has been delivered.

But what about the beer?

It's a Labatt/Interbrew place. Big murals of the Interbrew stuff (Stella, etc) as well as Blue (big historical theme) on the walls. Unknown bottle selection, but it's not looking up. :sad:

Okay, it's now open!

As talking with others in the building, the piano playing is from 12-2pm and 5-7pm. Otherwise it's looking pretty generic in style.

I'll check it out shortly and get back to you.

I spoke with Greg who happens to be the Manager of Beer cellar. I told him with a name such as this he needs to be able to have some beer that he could possibly age. Unibroue may be getting in with 750ml bottles. I'll keep you posted.
