Historic-style brewery at Black Creek looking for help

Trafalgar Brewery and Toronto and Region Conservation Authority are building an historic (circa 1860) brewery at Black Creek Pioneer Village. The brewery will be quite small (literally a mini-micro) but fully licensed.
They will need a group of brewers or brewsters to run the brewery and explain the brewing process, but only on a part-time basis- i.e. three brewers sharing three days of work a week. It would be ideally suited to an amateur brewer who loves making beer and would love to talk about its history.
