Starting friday, I'm off for 8 weeks of parental leave.
I can feel the AC starting to ramp up to compensate for the heat that will emmenate from my fermentors!
I cant wait to brew on a tuesday morning!
Just thought I'd share. I'm also looking for ideas for brews. I'll mostly be doing American Pale Ales/IPA and Weizens.
Will also do my pumpkin to allow proper aging before Fall.
