You'll probably have a hard time finding rhizomes for any of the 'brands':

There's a lot of time & money spent on development, that's probably the only way they'll get a return.

Some of them slip out though... Tomahawk, Columbus & Zeus are supposedly VERY similar (if not identical). I picked up a Zeus rhisome this year.

I planted my first rhysomes in Toronto on the may 2-4 weekend, but only got a hand full (literally) of cones in the first year.

Richters sells plants... that might be your best bet at this time:
