They call this a "Seminar & Beer Dinner" hosted by the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) and Beer Historian (I love this title!), Ian Bowering.

The event will be held on Friday, November 2nd from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. They will be serving a four course meal accompanied by a different beer for each course (good choice of brews!).

The price is $60 for ROM members and $65 for the general public. Check out this site for more info:

Still deciding on this one... I'll try to find out if there's any more drinking other than the four brews served with dinner and post my findings here.

They've added an extra line in their description of this event that explains the beer situation:

"Cash bar before and after dinner. The beer sampled during dinner is included in the ticket price."
