Feathers might have a glorious prime rib with Yorkshire pudding. Check and be sure though.

I've never had the Sunday roast, but Ceili Cottage generally has good, authentic Irish food and a solid beer list.

I don't know of another "pub" that takes its ingredients so seriously.
