Caps, Corks & Forks is a beer versus wine dinner at Niagara College.

Culinary students prepare an elegant six course menu under the guidance of Chef Tony Deluca. The brewmaster students will be pairing Ontario craft beers and student brewed beers with each course, and the wine students will be pairing Ontario wines... You vote on each pairing to decide who wins after each course.

This is the second event in the ongoing series. The first round came down to a tie-breaker and the wine team won. Attend this event and have your say in who wins the next round!

At the first dinner, it was about 75 wine drinkers and maybe 5 beer lovers in attendance. It was a testament to the quality of the beer pairings that we managed to tie 3-3. We definitely need more beer people at the dinner this time. (This means you.)
Too many beers, too little time...
