Below it is a picture of an ice-cream truck

What could this mean?:
- home delivery
- pop-up beer stores
- a gimmick that will dispense/disperse beer at festivals and special events
- a whole lot of nothing

Without a change of ownership and a drastic improvement in product selection, it's just another attempt to put lipstick on a pig.

It is a mobile beer store, and oddly enough, it is headed for Kitchener which hasn't had a great track record regarding Beer Stores and trucks.
